Getting a TrustPass is your first step on your trust journey. Proving that you are Trustworthy and Skilled is up to you.
Our ecosystem is built on a foundation of verified trust and quality workmanship. We are committed to connecting clients with skilled, reliable, and vetted independent contractors (ICs) and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
To maintain this standard, all members seeking to offer services must undergo a verification process to get their initial TrustScore. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying identity, skills, and professional experience.
Maintaining a high TrustScore is up to you.
This commitment to fairness extends to everyone. Clients play a key role in this ecosystem. Your honest feedback and quality reviews are essential as they directly impact the TrustScores of the workers you hire.
To ensure accountability for all, ICs will also rate Clients after a project is complete. If a highly-rated IC receives a poor review, the client's credibility may also be reviewed. This two-way system ensures that trust is a shared responsibility.
We are dedicated to helping our members succeed. Our TrustBuild Mentorship and SkillUp programmes will make all efforts to provide resources for upskilling and improving your ratings.
However, the integrity of our marketplace is paramount. If any member is consistently found to be lazy, dishonest, untrustworthy, or in violation of our community standards or is found not interested in taking part in our Mentorship and SkillUp initiatives they may be permanently banned from the ecosystem.
